Hari Organik #8 will be held on Sat. 15 October 2011, at SS2/62 children’s playground area

Exhibitors are invited to contact Ms Tan (email: of@cetdem.org.my or tel: +603-7875 7767) as we have begun taking bookings of booths.

Sustainable Development Initiatives (SUDI), the CETDEM think tank, was launched on Monday 1st Aug. 2011 at Hotel Armada Petaling Jaya.

SUDI Director, Engr. Gurmit Singh, welcomed attendees to the launch, and explained that the event was purposefully kept very informal so as to be in line with the Sustainability theme. UNDP Resident Representative, Mr. Kamal Malhotra, then gave his opening remarks and launched SUDI.

UNDP Assistant Resident Representative, Mr. Asfaazam Kasbani, presented “LOW–EMISSION CLIMATE-RESILENT DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES”.

Engr. Gurmit Singh and Mr Chang Yii Tan introduced themselves as the SUDI study team.

The CONVERSATION on the proposed study then commenced for about an hour before the event was adjourned.
