CETDEM Hari Organik Bangsar

It is going to be an exciting Organic Day this round as we have more organic vegetables on sale….. Come and taste the Thai salad, Thai sauce and curry paste prepared by the Thai farmers! They are certified by ACT (Organic Agriculture Thailand) accredited by IFOAM (International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements). They are here to promote their produce and products and are looking for distributors/importers aside from sharing and exchanging information and experiences.
You will definitely be spoilt for choices of skin care/health products and groceries….. Come and pick your choice of vegetables /fruits/vermi & LM compost/fertilizer/seedlings/seeds and much more. If you are looking for earthworms and want to start vermi – composting, kits are available for sale.
Bring your family and relatives for breakfast & lunch, varieties of breads, buns. Fried noodles and curry laksa etc are available. Come to the CETDEM booth and we will show you how to eat Ulam without the sambal belacan and the simple way of making your own healthy green tea!

Go Go Treasure Hunt by taking LRT and Bus. It is time to leave your car behind and challenge yourself to hunt by taking public transport such as bus and LRT for FREE. What’s more interesting than joining this event in a group of five. Hunters will be given a series of clues along the way and prizes are awaiting you at the end point.
With the support from MBPJ and RapidKL, CETDEM and Zon 20 Council Member is organising a PJ-EcoMobility Treasure Hunt to encourage the usage of public transport in local community.
Date : 3rd December 2016 (Saturday)
Time : 7am to 12pm
Starting point: Taman Aman, Jalan 22/49, 47800 Petaling Jaya.
Our project aims to raise more awareness of local community on the importance of walking, cycling and using public transport (LRT, bus, carpooling) when travelling from first mile to last mile. Hari Organik is an event where you get to meet the farmers/producers and other organic business entities to consult on organic farming / gardening practices; wellness/health products/food that are good for your health and much more!
If you are looking for organic mattress and pillows, household and skin care products, organic compost, fertilizer, vegetable seeds and seedlings, this is the place for you! For those who are looking for FIG saplings at reasonable price, come to us as stocks are limited!
If you are concerned of how organic are those products/ produce in the market, join us for the open dialogue with the farmer/producer & Retailer.
Water! Water! How much do you Know and Care? Issues around Consumers, Government and Environment…. Engr. Gurmit Singh will be there to share with you his concerns!
